In Chemnitz wurden von zwei Beobachtern unabhängig voneinander neben Horizontalkreis, 120°-Nebensonne und Gegensonne auch die umstrittene 90°-Nebensonne als stationärer kreisrunder weißer Fleck gesichtet. Weitere Beobachtungen und vor allem Fotos willkommen! Es ist die Chance, dem Geheimnis dieser noch nicht anerkannten Haloart endlich auf die Spur zu kommen.

I know there is 120d parhelia and anthelion but is there really such thing as 90 degree parhelia? I have hear about them in old observations but I don't know if they exist.

Just wanted to let you know that february has given me lots of halos and right now at my house I photographed an intense 22d halo which a dark interior which looks like a "dark hole" in the sky. If you want to see the feb halos email me and also wanted to tell you that today I turned 21.

Yes, we are sure, there was a clear round white point in a little bit more as 90 degrees from the sun. I know, that this kind of halo is not recognition, but in the German Halo Group are many observer, which have seen a such. And today two observer have seen a really clearly Copy of this, I have seen it ca. 10 Minutes later as Gerald in Northern of our City. I think, it's maybe a chance to explain this phenomena.It is existing a theory of Eberhard Tränkle and maybe we shouldn't dismiss such haloes as ghost, separate us around it endeavor to find a Assertion.

I think I have seen something like that once on a parhelic circle once it was a white bright area that could have been that or it could be my eyes playing tricks. Have you seen my february halos? february has chock full of halos and got tons of fotos. Today I turned 21 which is the 29th of March.

I have been to your website and I checked out the tornado section and thought it was cool as you may know I have a tornado generator and one of observors Sven Luke said my tornado generator it cool. I like that windhose generator of mine and some day in the future I want to make one that is 8ft in dia. for doing multiple vorticies.
