you can find again the Icelandic weather forecasting for Europe again.
They give animations of cloud cover up to 3 days ahead.
I find them very accurate; as far as I know they mainly provide information for airlines.
Cloudcover predictions for the Netherlands and Germany for the coming days are very bad though.

Tip: make sure you choose cloud cover in the menu: default is wind speed. Languages, countries and home-towns can be choosen also.
For the animations you have to click the "film" option on the top of the forecasts on the left of the screen.
