NOAA 0039, S15W26 (Solar X = 401", Solar Y = -325" at 07/30/13:00 UT) is now in decay phase with the large western-most magnetic delta configuration showing signs of breaking up, but C- and M-class events expected and another major flare is still possible. NOAA 0044, S21W32 (Solar X = 469", Solar Y = -412" at 07/30/13:00 UT) is also in decay phase, but also continues to have the potential to produce C- and M-class events and, together with 0039, a major flare. NOAA 0050, S07W14 (Solar X = 227", Solar Y = -205" at 07/30/13:00 UT) is a large, recently-emerged beta-gamma region...C-class events expected with the chance of an M-class event.
