Hi
We went out into the field and had some clear skies towards the west. After nautical twilight clouds became worse and Bt and Bz where so low that we went home. We = JanL, Jan den Hollander and his girlfriend Mari-Line who is an avid skywatcher. All cramped in a tiny tiny car with blankets and a wap telephone with which we could monitor the WAP site of Lydia (www.poollicht.nl).
We saw Venus, a couple of Iridium flares and some nice twilight colors. Also we smelled grass and far away goats and heared the river flow.
It was a good evening out.

If it had been a major storm, we certainly would have seen it and shot nice pics. Perhaps in a few days more? I don't think the moon will be a nuissance for the next five days or so. It might be even helpful in lighting foreground objects.
