I just (21:15 local 19:15 UT) heard the latest meteorological info for Netherlands and Belgium.
The high Cirrus deck from the east is moving in faster than expected and the sky in the Netherlands is rapidly becoming overcast.
The far south west of Netherlands (Zeeland) is the only place without cirrus at the moment. West of Belgium is clear also. These locations will become clouded also later.
The television weather broadcast on both Dutch and Belgian TV news at 20:15 local predicting clear skies in the west is not valid anymore.

Furthermore a small front is entering the Netherlands so the weather forecast for aurora watchers all in all is very bad.
