I 'forgot' the english name. However, I have never seen this halo kind so bright.

There where also Sundogs and that but less intense. It was so bright, it'd made you smile

That arc you are calling an ice bow is not no rainbow at all it is a circumzenith arc and in the photo you posted is a very nice example. I have photographed some splendid examples of this arc many times.
