Dear German Halo Group,

A friend of mine alerted me to an image of a fireball or satellite debris burning up in the atmosphere. However, I don't think it is. I am convinced that it is an incomplete sundog that, by coincidence, appeared at the end of an aircraft contrail. Sadly, the photo was taken by a UFO spotter and there is no way of convincing them at all!
