Unterhorizontalkreis und Untergegensonne

Hallo,
meine Kollegin Susanne Danßmann hat am 3. Juni gegen 20:20 Uhr auf dem Flug von Berlin nach Zürich folgendes Foto gemacht:



Soweit ich das sehe, zeigt das Bild einen Unterhorizontalkreis (Subparhelic Circle) und eine Untergegensonne.

Excellent photo!!! Thats a very nice example of subparhelic circle and the subanthelion looks kind of pillar like and there looks to be a V shaped divergence under the subparhelic circle and so there maybe chance there is weak sub-diffuse arcs. If you wanted to do photo of the month THAT would be the photo to do it with.

in 2005 and this year I have been witness to 4 new halos and they would be elliptical halos, wegener arc, heliac arc and lower 23 degree plate arc.


Again congrads on a rare photograph.


BTW: I will be gone for two weeks on vacation and so don't be surprised if I don't answere any replies quickly.
