Dear Mr. Wloch
on Thurday, Aug 14th, a massive power blackout hit 20 million users,
including us, the CANOPUS Systems.

A state of emergency limiting the usage of power is still in effect
at this time. Alll non essential government services will remain
closed until furhter notice.

Moreover, the heat buildup caused by the lack of air conditionning
caused a crash of our main CANOPUS server system disk which should be
replaced today.

Please continue trying to connnect to www.sp-agency.ca. We will bring
the site back as soon as feasible.
