Last night I saw very faint aurora.
Picture made with a 35mm lens @ 1.8.
40 seconds exposure. Film Kodak Supra 800.

Hi Mats,
this is a nice Picture. I like those fine colors.
Where you have it taken?
Its possible, that you have last night again luck?
What was the Direction?

The picture is shot in the archipelago of Stockholm Sweden.

No I hadn't any luck last night. The sky had a shade of red but I don't know if it was northern light or light pollution.

The direction is NNW

Hej Mats,

det var et fint bilde! That must have been really faint, I am actually surprised that you could see it at all if you had to use such a long exposure time with 800 film and f1.8. Last night I tried rather short exposure times because of the twilight - 4 sec. at f2.0 with 400 film (that's what the camera "wanted" to do itself, and it seemed reasonable from my last experience with twilight aurora at easter). I hope to get my pictures on Thursday.
