Hallo,
sowohl gestern Abend als auch heute Morgen gab es hier eine schöne Lichtsäule zu sehen. Heut früh dann noch dazu 22°-Ring, oberer Berührungsbogen und beide Nebensonnen.

You got a nice sunpillar there. Last March I got a display similar to your that has upper tangent arc at low sun with pillar complete from the sun clear all the way to the upper tangent arc. The other halos visible were tall parhelia and supralateral arc. one of those images even made it in the pic of the month on the AKM site.
BTW: I upgraded to a Nikon D-100 and yes I got a fisheye lense.
