It seems the substorm is over.
The Bergen Norway magnetometer is returning to normal

When Bz conditions stay like these though, a second local substorm around 01:00 - 01:15 UT might be possible (remember 6/7 April 2000 and 11/12 April 2001).
That would be caused by the near symmetric topology of a large substorm with respect to the "magnetic midnight" meridian.
Oh well, I just checked (23 UT. 01 local); Bz is 7 nT NORTH now, so forget it, sleep well, and dream of the X4 flare, clear skies and no moon that we'll have in a few days ...
