Taubogen und verpasstes Phänomen *2PICS*

Hallo,

heute habe ich einen Taubogen im Spinnennetz ablichten können. Obwohl es schon 16 Uhr war, fand ich in einem Erbsenfeld dieses taugefüllte Spinnennetz. Scheinbar ist der Tau nicht verdampft, bzw wurde durch das feuchte Erdreich daran gehindert.



Tipp zum Fotografieren:
Die Farben kommen am besten, wenn man etwas defokusiert. Ansonsten werden die glitzernden Tautropfen überbelichtet und erscheinen fast weiß auf dem Bild.

Abends habe ich wohl noch ein Halophänomen verpasst. Als ich 20 Uhr vor die Tür trat, traute ich meinen Augen kaum. Ein wunderschöner "V"-förmiger oberer Berührungsbogen stand am Himmel! Dazu noch ein 22°-Ring, eine schwache Lichtsäule und der rechte Supralateralbogen. Wäre ich eher draußer gewesen, hätte ich sicher noch die Nebensonnen gesehen und das Phänomen wäre perfekt. Gegen 18 Uhr gab es übrigens eine helle linke Nebensonne und einen schwachen Zirkumzenitalbogen.

Hallo Alexander,

Dewbow looks quite colorful and I really like your tangent arc pic the best. I got a tangent are like yours on march 10th 2003 but mine had a complete sun pillar, extended parhelia, and aupralateral arc.

Right now here in the U.S. its raining and we will be bracing ourselves against the Brood X cicada outbreak, have you heard of the 17 year cicadas in the U.S.? The last was in 1987 and I was 6 then!!!

Hi Michael,

this dewbow pic was the first I take from a spider web. I'm very happy! The halos I observed are similar to yours. But I was to late. Sun dogs were fading away.

I have heard from 17 years cicadas, but i have no imagination. Are the cicadas everywhere? Are they large? Is it worrisome?

Last fall I got a very nice dewbow that was on an orb weaving spiders web and it was very well developed and it even show interference bows!!


The 17 year cicadas will not hurt you, their sound can be intimidating but I remember when I was six I would catch them by the bucketfull and listen to the sound they make. Brood X is going to be all souther Ohio and that is where I live.
