I think the amount of lakes in Finland is a good benefit on spotting these phenomena:-) Reflected anti crepuscular rays I have not yet observer myself, is still on "to-do" list...

Spectacular, but can somebody explain?

Is the reflected sun as the source of the odd rays behind or in front of the observer, and then where?

In Taivaanvahti there is small info button, I cannot copy text here now... There is mentioned that reflected anticrepuscular rays converge in the opposite point of sun and in same height. Also mentioned that reflected rays can come from two points - > considering if the observer is looking in to antisolar direction:
-rays below antisolar point, come from lake reflection between antisolar point and observer
-rays above antisolar point, come from lake reflection between sun and observer

I think I understood the description right. If there is normal anticrepuscular rays (without reflection), they will converge in the point below horizon...
